Exchange & Return Information
Exchanges
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to request an exchange, then 14 days to return. In case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge. You will be notified once the new item has been shipped. Return shipping costs for the original product are not reimbursed. Please note that in most cases, the return address is located in China.
Exchanging is quick and easy via the following steps:
Step 1: Request your exchange via our contact form or via info@pine-pear.com.
Step 2: You will receive return instructions by email within 24 hours.
Step 3: Hand over the package to the shipping carrier (drop-off or pick-up).
The replacement product will be shipped once:

The returned item(s) have been received at our warehouse, and
-
A proof of shipment has been sent to info@pine-pear.com.
If you want a faster exchange, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original one separately.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to cancel your order, then 14 days to return. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. In most cases, the return package must be sent to China. You will be notified once the returned item has been processed at our warehouse (within a maximum of 3 days). The refunded amount will be processed within seven (7) business days via the original payment method.
